InfoCode

How it works

From raw data to reliable delivery.

InfoCode's end-to-end workflow transforms raw records into structured, verified datasets that emergency notification systems can deploy with confidence.

The workflow

Six stages, run the same way every cycle.

01

Data acquisition

Building on verified records

InfoCode gathers phone and address records continuously, evaluating them for geographic coverage, update frequency, and historical accuracy. New records are ingested through automated pipelines that normalize formats and flag anomalies for review before any further processing.

02

Validation and cleaning

Multi-step quality verification

Each record undergoes a series of automated validation checks. Addresses are verified against authoritative postal references. Phone numbers are validated for format, carrier assignment, and geographic plausibility. Duplicate records are detected and the highest-quality version of each record is retained.

03

Geospatial enrichment

Mapping records to geographic boundaries

Every validated record is geocoded to precise geographic coordinates and then associated with its corresponding administrative boundaries, including county, ZIP code, census tract, and municipal service area. This spatial enrichment is what enables emergency notification systems to target alerts to specific geographic zones rather than broadcasting indiscriminately.

04

Coverage analysis

Identifying and closing gaps

After geospatial enrichment, we analyze the resulting dataset for coverage completeness across the target service area. Geographic areas with sparse or missing data are identified and flagged, and improvement efforts are prioritized so that emergency notification systems can reach residents throughout the entire service area.

05

Dataset assembly

Building the unified dataset

Validated and enriched records are assembled into a single, unified dataset. Consistent rules determine what is retained when records disagree. The final dataset is structured according to a consistent schema that supports efficient querying and integration into downstream systems.

06

Delivery

Formatted for your platform

The finished dataset is formatted according to the technical specifications of the client's emergency notification platform. We produce structured data files in the exact formats, field mappings, and delivery schedules required, along with documentation that supports smooth integration. Clients receive data that is ready for direct import without additional transformation.

Quality

Quality at every stage.

Each step in our workflow includes built-in quality gates. Data that does not meet our accuracy thresholds is flagged for review rather than passed downstream. This approach ensures that the datasets we deliver are not just large, but reliably accurate, which is the standard emergency notification systems require.

Accuracy verification

Cross-validation applied at every stage.

Automated QC

Scripted checks run on every record.

Spatial precision

Geocoding validated against authoritative references.

Continuous updates

Scheduled refresh cycles maintain data currency.
