The Process

From Raw Data Sources to
Reliable Delivery

InfoCode's end-to-end workflow transforms raw records from multiple sources into structured, verified datasets that emergency notification systems can deploy with confidence.

01

Data Acquisition

Sourcing from verified providers

InfoCode maintains relationships with a curated network of reputable data providers. We continuously aggregate phone and address records, evaluating each source for geographic coverage, update frequency, and historical accuracy. New records are ingested through automated pipelines that normalize formats and flag anomalies for review before any further processing.

02

Validation & Cleaning

Multi-step quality verification

Each record undergoes a series of automated validation checks. Addresses are verified against authoritative postal databases. Phone numbers are validated for format, carrier assignment, and geographic plausibility. Duplicate records across sources are detected using deterministic and probabilistic matching algorithms, and the highest-quality version of each record is retained.

03

Geospatial Enrichment

Mapping records to geographic boundaries

Every validated record is geocoded to precise geographic coordinates and then associated with its corresponding administrative boundaries — including county, ZIP code, census tract, and municipal service area. This spatial enrichment is what enables emergency notification systems to target alerts to specific geographic zones rather than broadcasting indiscriminately.

04

Coverage Analysis

Identifying and closing gaps

After geospatial enrichment, we analyze the resulting dataset for coverage completeness across the target service area. Geographic areas with sparse or missing data are identified and flagged. We then prioritize additional data sourcing efforts to fill these gaps, ensuring that emergency notification systems can reach residents throughout the entire service area.

05

Dataset Assembly

Merging sources into a unified dataset

Validated and enriched records from all sources are merged into a single, unified dataset. Conflict resolution rules determine which source takes precedence when records disagree. The final dataset is structured according to a consistent schema that supports efficient querying and integration into downstream systems.

06

Delivery

Formatted for your platform

The finished dataset is formatted according to the technical specifications of the client's emergency notification platform. We produce structured data files — in the exact formats, field mappings, and delivery schedules required — along with documentation that supports smooth integration. Clients receive data that is ready for direct import without additional transformation.

Our Commitment

Quality at Every Stage

Each step in our workflow includes built-in quality gates. Data that does not meet our accuracy thresholds is flagged for review rather than passed downstream. This approach ensures that the datasets we deliver are not just large, but reliably accurate — the standard that emergency notification systems require.

Accuracy Verification

Multi-source cross-validation at every stage

Automated QC

Scripted checks run on every record

Spatial Precision
